This product was given to me after one of the Health Hours in the East Room offices. After reading the ingredients, I was surprised to see that Goodness Granola's pink version is safe for those following a FODMAP diet for their gut issues. Granola often has ingredients like inulin, or other types of sugars, nuts, and I've always chosen to make it myself because of my food intolerances. I wonder if this product could actually get low-FOD certification from MONASH. Tastes great too!

We LOVE granola but stopped purchasing it because of the high amounts of sugar. Then we discovered Goodness Granola…not only does this product taste incredible, it is low sugar and packed with protein along with 5 superfoods! We can enjoy granola again and feel good about what we are eating. This product is a game changer and we always make sure we are fully stocked.
I had such a hard time finding a healthy granola that also tasted good and the Original flavour is IT! My kids can’t get enough of it, and I feel so good about giving it to them at breakfast or as a snack. 5 stars all around!
This has been such a great addition to our morning meal. Healthy, delicious and the whole family loves it. My personal fave is having it as dessert :).
